⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable Safari Experience at Lake Nakuru!

Our safari at Lake Nakuru National Park was absolutely amazing! From the moment we entered the park, we were surrounded by incredible wildlife and breathtaking scenery.

We saw so many rhinos (both black and white), grazing peacefully near the southern end of the park. There were herds of buffaloes, elegant zebras, and even a group of Colobus monkeys with their distinctive black-and-white coats playing in the bamboo forests.

One of the biggest highlights was spotting four lions, including a majestic male lion resting in the afternoon sun — such a rare and thrilling sight!

The variety of wildlife here is truly impressive, and the birdlife adds even more magic to the experience. Our guide made sure we didn’t miss a thing and knew exactly where to find the animals.

This park is a must-visit for anyone coming to Kenya. Seeing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat was...

The millions of flamingoes are not more. There were only a handful of them.

Apparently, the pink flamingo population started reducing from the 1960s when tilapia fish were introduced into the lake and also the level of the lake started rising. This ate away at the algae that the flamingoes feed of (core for the colour's too) and it chased them away.

Beyond the flamingoes, there are rhinos and quite frankly, the biggest rhino population in any national park. On a good note, we got to see a lion hunt and eat a Waterbuck.

Unfortunately, it's not as thrilling of a national...

Lake Nakuru National Park is a radiant jewel in Kenya’s Rift Valley. From the surreal spectacle of thousands of flamingos painting the lake pink to the serene sightings of white and black rhinos grazing undisturbed, every moment feels like a poetic encounter with nature’s grandeur. The park’s compact size makes it perfect for a day trip, yet its diversity—pelicans, leopards, acacia forests, and dramatic escarpments—offers a full safari experience. A must-visit for bird lovers, wildlife enthusiasts, and anyone seeking soul-stirring...
