Fountain brook Gardens & Resort — Attraction in Thika Township ward

DONT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING FROM HERE, JUST ENJOY THE SCENERY AND MAYBE ONE SODA the place is very scenic, beautiful and calm. However, the customer service is really terrible. Meals are delayed by over an hour and even when they arrive they are not worth what ur paying for. Waaah, I’ve eaten better meals at a kibanda budget ya 50/-. The chips tasted old, whether it was the cooking fat (I could tell they fried them in fat rather than oil) that was old or the fries were cooked the previous day, I couldn’t tell. The chicken was so dry and flat, sprinkled with lots and lots of onions that hadn’t cooked well. It’s also one of those places where they don’t bring extra plates to place the bones in. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and there was only one waiter serving over 10 of us. He was also rather forgetful coz we would order something then he comes back 30mins later without it. My kids got impatient and frustrated, they left crying. Also for some reason they haven’t placed eating areas on the grass below the balcony eating area. It would have been a nice place to dine while the kids play on the grass. A corner of the grass patch is riddled with those big safari ants that you don’t want to mess with. No soap to wash hands When our bill finally came it was riddled with mistakes and even after correcting them the summation was wrong. I arrived home to find 15 missed calls on my phone coz I owed them 200/-. JUST COOK YOUR NICE MEAL AT HOME eat it then go to this garden for one soda (they have a problem delivering big orders), enjoy the scenery, take a couple pictures...

I hosted my graduation party there yesterday. The place is absolutely beautiful. But the food was almost horrible; I’d rate it at 2 out of 10. The services super slow! They made my guests wait for more than 40 minutes to set the food. Gosh. So annoying. They also didn’t bring the chairs that we had agreed on - which is annoyingly inconveniencing. Again, I’ll remind you that their food is NOT good. Ordering drinks took more than 2 hours and we literally had to order from outside. Where have you EVER seen anything so unprofessional from such a beautiful place? Anyway, the pictures came out nice - probably because we didn’t have to rely on their services.

I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed. The service was incredibly slow, and it took an unreasonably long time to receive our order. Furthermore, the quality of the food was below par, falling short of our expectations. Unfortunately, this experience left much to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend this place to others especially if hosting big occasions .
