It a safe and secure place to rest and reflect. Though it's good it has a few things to do that needs to be done. 1. More grass should be planted 2. The number of seats should be increased 3. The fish pond should upgraded and fish returned to the pond 4. The public toilet needs more cleaning I belive they can do better 5. The fence is a bit wanting I belive the council can do a better job 6. The litter bins should be increased and the employees who sweep the park should also be collecting the litter on time. If you are new to Thika town or you don't have money to go to restaurant or you just need fresh air , this is the park to go to .. it's in the CBD and accessible to all . There are guys selling snacks there and coffee. Also there are latrines so if you are pressed you can ease yourself there .. There are also photographers so you can get yourself few shots there .
