**Spectacular and Serene Beach - 4 Stars** We had a wonderful weekend at Kuzhupilly Beach in Vypin, and it was a fantastic family outing. The beach offers a stunning view of the Arabian Sea, and the peaceful ambiance makes it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The cleanliness of the beach really stood out, and the surroundings were well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. The calm, less crowded atmosphere made it an ideal spot for spending quality time with family, away from the usual tourist rush. The backwaters nearby also added a unique charm to the location. The only minor downside was the limited number of food joints in the area, but that didn’t take away from the beauty and tranquility of the place. Overall, a fantastic spot for families looking for a serene and picturesque getaway.

Kuzhipilliy Beach, located near Cherai, is a beautiful spot to catch a stunning sunset. The beach has a calm and peaceful vibe, making it perfect for a relaxing evening. Apart from the scenic views, you can also enjoy an ATV ride and walk on the floating bridge, both of which are paid but worth trying for the experience. The drive to the beach itself is breathtaking, with water on both sides of the road, creating a serene and refreshing atmosphere. The beach is clean and not too crowded, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the waves in peace. There are also small food stalls nearby where you can grab some snacks. It’s a perfect spot for a quick getaway with friends or family.

Pros: The beach is serene in the morning with very few people. We visited on a Sunday around 8 am. The access road had water, possibly due to the tide. The parking lot is decent, and there are toilets near the parking area. These positive aspects may be attributed to the fact that we visited during non-peak hours. Cons: The floating bridge, open from 9:30 am to 6 pm, has a fee of approximately Rs. 120 per person, and the experience lasts about 10 minutes. The fee for parking is Rs. 30. Additionally, the access road is narrow, and I can't imagine visiting this place on weekends in the evening, considering potential congestion and challenges with parking.
