Probably the only place in coonoor where you can spend some valuable time. We can have good feeling by walking through the path covered either ways with lush green. It is situated around 7km from coonoor railway station and if you have less time to visit coonoor don't miss this place as it gives you the feeling of greenery which you expect this place is to have. Binoculars are must to have some good experience, if you have one that's good enough but if not, don't worry people will rent you for 30 before going in. Distance for the peak point would be around 600m and you can have a feel of basic trek. The area between the peak point and start point is like a mini jungle with fresh air where you can have some fun time. Peak point would be like every other peak point in Ooty and coonoor but the path towards it makes this point unique. There are two ways one is to go in and other is to come out , lot of people I observed follow only single path for to and fro, but I would suggest to take two paths one for in and other for out.which leaves with complete experience. Have some unique juice which is available at the start point which charges around 40 and head to back to other destination.
