We went here today and it is a beautiful place. It is much more nicer than sites 1 and 2 in my opinion. There is a really nice 1km trail up to the site that takes you through rice fields and grass land. It even had grazing buffaloes and bird song. This is the time to visit the jar sites guys! The airport is shut to heavy aircraft due to construction of an international one. THERE ARE NO CHINESE TOUR GROUPS! Get to Phonsavan any way you can before the peace and tranquillity is shattered by herds of Chinese and their ridiculous photo posses.

The people at these ticket offices are super friendly and helpful. Really nice, made a few jokes in English. The current admission price is 30,000 kip, and really well-worth it to support the historical area you will see. Really, a must do when you are in the area. Note: I did not see any food or water for sale in the area.
