Worst resturant ever, i had an uncooked fish served with rehit zankha. When i asked for the manager ( Ali ) all he was doing is defending his Chef instead of listening to my complain. He forced us to pay for food that we didn’t eat. They threatened me if i didn’t pay the waiter will have to pay ( no idea why ). I had a lot more to say with videos of Ali’s customer service and photos of the food. I have been to 30 countries in my life never met or saw an unprofessional manager like Ali. After i paid at the end he offered me food with the same amount which i refused to eat because i was more worried about my health being. No wonder why the resturant was empty all day. The beach is good and the bartenders are friendly and amazing. Lebanon was always well known about there service and food quality. Very modest place, yet has a beautiful theme.. not only in decorations, in full identity, staff and attracted crowed.. I loved the place, super friendly welcome.. No entrance fees, yet you will have to pay 20$ minimum charge, drinks included. There is a beautiful pool.. i didnt go to. Attraction was the bar area, and the island music played.. decent prices, served with warmth and a big smile.. Small beach area, but full of energy and joy. I loved the swings inside the water.. Place is full with swings around, quite joyful. I had fish and chips for lunch.. was really goid, i really enjoyed it.. Staff is awesome, energetic and young.. they keep the party running.. I have saved this place as a personal runaway...
