Heaven Bay — Hotel in Rihane

Absolutely terrible. The rooms are unclean and there's garbage littered everywhere. The resort management is also bad, nothing is organized and the staff is lazy, they rely on poor little kids to their work (child labor). Moreover the overall atmosphere is disgusting, the pool is always unclean, the fridge smells horrible, and the air conditioner is broken. DON'T COME HERE!! This place needs a serious renovation, it's not what it looks like...

The place isn't the same as the pictures , the rooms are super dirty , not only the rooms the overall place! I dnt think the pool has a filter the water was dirty in the morning ! We couldn't open the windows and the air conditioner was out of gas ! One of the worst experiences in my life ! The place needs total renovation...

It's the worst place i've ever went to , I don't recommend this. The doors don't lock even the bathroom doors. The AC don't work. And I've had allergies from the water. And...
