Unacceptable Experience at Mambo Beach and Water Park

To the Management of Mambo Beach and Water Park, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the reception my family and I received at your facility last Sunday. We were denied entry because we attempted to bring in a small bottle of water for my two-year-old granddaughter. This seemingly minor issue escalated unnecessarily. The cost of such a bottle of water is less than half a dollar, and I even offered to purchase it from your establishment at your standard prices, but this was refused. Your staff's rigid adherence to policy, without any display of flexibility or understanding for the needs of a small child, was truly shocking. This lack of common sense and customer-centric approach ultimately led to us, a family ready to spend approximately $200, taking our business elsewhere. It is clear that your management lacks the ability to handle customer interactions with the necessary flexibility and foresight. Such an inflexible policy, especially concerning a basic necessity for a toddler, speaks volumes about the priorities and judgment of your administration. You lost not only our business today but also any potential future visits and positive recommendations. I sincerely hope you re-evaluate your policies and staff training to prevent other families from having such a frustrating and unnecessary experience. In stark contrast, when we subsequently visited another resort, we were allowed to bring in the same bottle of water with kindness and respect, without any questions or fuss. This highlights a significant difference in how businesses value and treat their customers. A new update of the place on July 2025, we visited today on a Sunday and the place was not crowded, facilities clean ( toilets need some maintenance), food was ok, prices are almost same as the coast, the staff work really hard, the water is nice and clean better than summer 2024. They asked me to throw water even though bottles had few sips I refused and the manager was logical and accepted. They had variety of snacks inside, kids were happy. I only have one wish which is the bring alternatives to boycott items like soft drinks and kids juice. We will definitely come back. Thank you Mambo and special shout out to Hadi the manager ☺️

Summer 2024: It is a nice place in Bekaa but not good customer service. They don't allow your own water bottles even for kids which is so old style and not logical, people will buy water from inside but that doesn't mean u make people throw or empty their water before entry, specially you are spending a whole day there. Staff are not happy, not a single smiley face there, almost everyone is miserable with a frown. Water is very very cold. The slides don't start before 12 and they shut them down by 5 pm. Food price same as coast but smaller portions, not a very good variety in the shop and things run out fast and they don't restock. They need to work on their customer service and make their staff happy! My kids enjoyed their time though, but kept complaining that water was too cold every niw and then, shower water was very very cold, kids couldn't get a shower once done. The only reason I would visit is because it is close by and I hope they make things better and work to make the experience one of a kind in Bekaa as it has a lot...

As a travel enthusiast who’s been almost around the world, I undoubtedly believe this place deserves to be added to my top 10 list. Upon arrival you will be able to notice just how loving and caring the receptionists are with a beautiful smile on their faces and a respectful and appreciative hospitality. Stunning latino themed reception, entry charges are fairly affordable tho. “Don’t forget to say hola to the lovely Parrot upon arrival”, Past the reception doors get ready to step into a mesmerizing view with breathtaking water slides and a crystal clear water to enjoy all the way, staff are professionally trained and super respective making it highly comfortable to deal with, food area is amazingly chill with a touch of beach vibes and kitchen staff are insanely talented offering a taste that is undeniably delicious, not to mention the “Livin la vida loca” bar vibes.The animators on the slides are professionally trained to keep you and your loved ones safe and make sure you get the best out of your adventure in the pirate themed water slides. Safety standards are highly essential which makes it extremely comfortable for parents to let their kids enjoy the water park while they spend some chill time. Overall i can say Mambo Beach is to be on the To-do-list for anyone who visits Lebanon, great job guys keep doing your thing we appreciate it!! No pierdas la oportunidad...
