What an amazing beach! We were here in November and it was even warm enough to swim! The water is translucent and you can see the soft sandy bottom. It is a beautiful color, aquamarine and so smooth and nice and very shallow going out. We had a wonderful time and hope to research returns soon. We were able to sit on the beach for free. There is public access on the southside. We were able to walk all the way up to the north end of the beach. There were plenty of restaurants there. But its the only place that has clean white sands and the longest beach in lebanon I guess. U can come and bring ur own food and umbrellas and sit on either sides of the beach, or pay a small entrance fee for a table under a tent a bit away from the water as umbreallas can't be put on the front of beach center. The mornings are usually more empty and the afternoons usually get filled with people. And even if there are a lot of people, the sea never gets over-crowded, so you still have plenty of space.
