The clock tower in Houmet al-Baladiyya in the old city of Tripoli, Libya. The tower is surmounted by a clock that contains a bell that rings at the top of the clock and is considered one of the monuments in the city of Tripoli. It is a small tower with a clock and a bell above it, which was ordered by the governor at the time, Ali Reza Pasha, and construction continued in the period between (1866-1870). [1] The tower overlooks the Marshal Market, the Red Serail, and the headquarters of the Central Bank of Libya.
