Algramanily House,It was built in the second half of the 18th century under the reign of Ali Pasha Algramanily. It was ruled by Ali Pasha from 1754 to 1793, and is considered one of the most beautiful houses in the city of Tripoli. . It was sold to a rich Libyan Jewish family in Tripoli late 1800’s and the beginning of 19th century to Halfalla Nahum was the patriarch & was killed in Shara Al-Istiqlal Palace .It was passed down from generation to generation from the Nahum family until Quentino Nahum arrived, who was the last owner of this house ... After the expulsion of the Jews from Libya, there were many and the residents of the house differed ... until the house was returned to the property of the Libyan state and it was converted into a museum ..

The last information I got from Quentino's son Nahum, who is currently residing in America.

When I asked Quintino's son whether if they sold their house to anyone, he answered no. My father did not sell any of his homes to anyone, just as when we were evicted, we were not able to take out our property or our property contracts, and they all remained behind us in our homes ..

Karamanlı Ali Paşa, sonraki yıllarda yaşanan karışıklıklar müteakip oğlu Ahmed’in lehine valilik görevinden çekildi.

Hawsh al-Qara Manli or the house of al-Qara Manli is a house closer to a palace whose construction dates back to the early nineteenth century, built by Youssef al-Qara Manli The Qaramanli family ruled Tripoli (and all of Libya) from the second half of the eighteenth century until the first third of the nineteenth century. With the fall of that family, the palace then became the seat of the Consulate of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany.[1] The yard is currently open to visitors, offering a presentation of its contents and the lifestyle of its former occupants.

It is very beautiful and I recommend...
