We all started our hiking around 8am, waiting batches to come to the mutual spot. Then, we started the hike with full of spirit, and of course, beginner hiking knowledge lol. At first I thought it was just a normal hiking trail. But nahh. The trail A really humbles me to which I never thought it'll be more difficult than Kanching.
After 3 hours exploring trail A and waterfall track, we finally reached the waterfall? Crowded? Yup as expected. But did we just ended up there? Nahhh our explorer aka Sustainability team went to the lower track and managed to find a hidden spot just for us to enjoy the waterfall all by ourselves.
Around 12:30pm, we left the spot and estimated to reach the starting point 2 hours later. But no, things didn't always work the way we want. We lost our path, bc of the thick bushes and not much clear return track. We ended up using another trail, which is station 5 and 6 before finding ourselves back to the trail A.
Challenging? It was? Fun? Hell yeah. Repeat? Nahh not worth it for the waterfall and confusing track.

Read moreOnly made in up to 300m from the ground.. and then decided to walk down 😂
Highlights: It’s a hilly trail from the beginning & up to the waterfall (I believe). U will deal with endless high steps there. Expect the worst as it’s not going to be easier 🤣 Don’t explore it in a rainy day. Believe me, it’s already challenging even when it dries. Use shoes with some profile on the sole. Some area they have some to ropes help go u up/down. From the ground to the waterfall might take 3 hours (in a steady speed, beginner climber). Prepare some water, gloves, choc bar, towel at the very least. Stay on the trail, don’t go divert unless u think u need more challenges. Don’t go alone (never).
I decided to go down as I couldn’t catch up my breath well due to the steps and it was going to rain. So after almost 40mins, 300m from the ground.. I gave up.
I walk to these kind of places but this is my 1st time I gave it up. Perhaps my stamina was bad, but expect all the hills all the way up.
I went here by...
Read moreThis hill got no chill at all. Right from the start it was a difficult trail, an endless hell of inclining steps. If you're on mountain training, go for it. If you're a couch potato like me, just stay home, don't trouble yourself climbing this hill. However, a lot of steep areas are equipped with ropes - thank you, love you, bless you. We were in the area for about 7 hours, not 1 single monkey made an appearance (although their relative, the gibbons can be heard making beautiful sounds communicating with each other). Plus, be careful with the abundance of wild palm trees as their thorns are sharp (I got some in my hands...). My friends and I made a bizarre choice of not wanting to return the same direction we came in so we ended up climbing up and down the Apek Hill trail which is side by side with Saga Hill. We came in from Ampang, got out at Hulu Langat. 7 hours of jungle...
