It’s fun, Its really refreshing place, the fish went it come to you feet, please guys come here and have good experience. Ticket counter is right by the main entrance, which looks like a paying counter for a cafe. Don’t bother to look at the security booths, its a furniture. From the ticket/cafe counter, u still need to drive in bit to park, across the local food stalls. Shop your food after your tour, you’re not allowed to bring them along. Bring your ticket to the entrance counter to get your line number. Yes, its required since several number of people allowed at one time, around 20-40 minutes I guess. The small fishes bite. The large fishes don't really care and swam by your feet. You either hate it or like it. Entrance counter sell fish pallet too. A gate to enter, another to exit, u can wash your feet by the exit later. Your done, now stop by those stalls, don’t stop eating. TIPS; wear slippers, carry nothing but your phone for selfies, pay for full body dipping (it’s much more fun to sit or swim in the river since its a clean environment). This place needs to go for more improvement. Toilets are not so clean. Not much eatables there. Best to take your own breakfast or...

From Kundasang Town (the market area with the roundabout) it takes like 45 minutes to reach this place. I was having serious doubt whether I am going to waste my time travelling all the way there. When we reached there, we were left with approximately slightly over 60 minutes before the place is closed. We paid our entrance fee and walk through a door and walk straight into a river. I was amazed..took off my shoes and quickly walk into the river and regretted.. 🤣 wasn't prepared for such gigantic fishes swimming over to my legs.. the small ones are the one that you need to be wary off. The really BITE you! But the sensation was a good one despite you might be shouting here and there. We also observed 2 humongous cat fish waiting to be fed and they open their mouth all the time when they see people feeding. The fishes are super friendly and the river is clean, serene and was one of the best experience I've ever had for a fish spa.. never again I see fish spa the same way.. just don't compare with those artificial ones in...

Fish spa that is straight out of the river. Walk barefoot into the shallow stream and fish will swim over to nibble at your feet and legs. You can feel little bites but it doesn’t harm your skin. Fish are about 15-30cm in length. There are also a few large catfish but they don’t seem to cause any problems. You need to feed with fish food to attract the fish over to your spot. RM0.50 per pack and limited to 1 pack per visitor. Visitors are only allowed 10-15 minutes but most visitors seem to stay about 30 minutes. Be prepared to get wet until your knee/thigh level. River water is generally clear. The river bed also contains some sharp rock edges. Parking may be an issue during peak periods, you have to park on the muddy dirt path making it narrow for other cars to pass through.

For outsider, to get here you definitely need your map on your device, it is recommended to download the offline map area in advance because sometimes the mobile connections is not that good compared to when you are in KK. A good place to experience something new. To get the fish to come to your feet is quite hard if there are a lot of visitors. The fish bite is not that painful, depends on your level of pain toleration, lol... If you can't take it just leave the pond. There are also stalls selling food and souvenir. If you are looking to buy pure honey (tualang etc), this is the best place to buy it, the price per bottle are cheaper too. Toilet are so-so, and the surau beside it are lock at the time we were there.
