It was really great experience to encounter with those fishes in the river. These fishes are wild but so friendly to the visitor. They are not like the fishes you may know which runaway when you come nearby.

I just don't understand why they allow catfish to be there. It just make everyone afraid to enter...

It took us 1 hour ++ to drive from Kundasang to Luanti Fish Spa. Such scenic drive but driving down hill means lesser mist but the scenery are still very green. Finally arrived into Luanti Fish Spa we saw a sign closed ! The water in the river are strong and murki. We should have call first prior to head to Luanti wasted the 2 hours to and fro. We promised to visit Sabah Again and shall make it a must visit...

We had a great time here. Since we came on a weekday, the time spent was unlimited due to fewer tourists.

Reasonable entrance fee.

Fish pellets (optional) can be purchased at the counter, allowing you to feed the fish for an extra experience.
