Very poor service. Recently, I brought my 2 younger siblings here to get their driving licenses. On the day of the Ceramah, I was waiting inside while registering another sibling. I observed the situation and noticed there was absolutely no proper system in place.
The staff were raising their voices at the students. It's the first day—how can you expect people to know what to do right away? There should be proper guidance or a clear briefing in the morning.
The staff also spent a lot of time chatting among themselves.
Since we had already paid and the place is near our home, we had no choice but to go through with it. We paid for the service—it’s not free.
To anyone out there, if there is a better and more organized place, please go there instead. Please improve...
