I'm feeling a "not getting paid enough" vibe from this place. Your staff looks severely underpaid and under accommodated - especially the migrants - for the brain fogging service they're expected to do.
First of all, hygiene wise, the washroom is nasty. It looks and smells straight out of an indian ghetto and that is an understatement.
Second of all, the sepia lights. It's horrible and gives off 2007 vibe. No feel good at all.
And thirdly, the food. A bit pricey and lacking diversity. I ordered Nasi Goreng Ayam from Aneka Mi and the rice tastes burnt, like they microwaved it. The chicken is cold.
My only good experience is with the Pasembor, the staff always keeps the food inside until the customer comes to pick them. Unlike others who place my orders it right in front of other customers yelling their orders.
And this is not a knack on the staff. I bet if they're all paid enough, they wouldn't be so low energetic. I bet they're still getting paid 2020 wage and that's bad if true. Hopefully Lotus fixes it.

Simple fundamental I would like to suggest please put signage or else your customer feel very Frustrated and angry. You imagined if you're in my shoes you already took the item and put at the station to cutting process then someone (staff) told you to put it back! No smile no manners, no apologize, how is it feel?
