Lotus's Jitra — Attraction in Kedah

The payment counter was very very rude. Is a malay girl at the medium counter. Just now 7.58pm, i was on queue for payment. It is very long queue and only two cashier is available. So, i wait around 15-20minutes for the payment. Actually im not so angry for the long queue waiting and only two cashier because it is a very normal situation in lotus Jitra. Very "normal", too usually like this for having long queue and i come here for very usually, i havent see others counters are open. And the malay girl serve the customer before me (malay customer girl), she said like our machine cant working. But for me only with a rude attitude tap the machine with no words. Is it racism for me because im the chinese? And before that i put my things behind the in front customer at the machine, i know that ur machine is edy no function but she put the (next customer) board heavily. I queue for long time and u give me a very rude attitude of services? Is it correct? I hope that the company in charge of this problems and take action as fast as possible. I hope next time I come is with a normal service, im not prefer u give me a very good service, just dont want like...

Semalam 8 Julai 2025 aku dan family ke Lotus untuk beli barang keperluan. Dan paling utama nak beli ayam, sebab sini ada servis potong dan harga murah. Masa di kaunter ayam ada staff sedang potong ayam, aku tanya dia paling kecik boleh potong berapa, katanya 12, ok lah, pastu datang sorang lagi berbadan besar katanya potong 10 pulak. Aku pun tak kisah sangat lah janji kecil. Kemudian aku ambil satu paket ayam letak atas kaunter minta staff tadi tolong potongkan. Dia cakap suruh ambil dari depan tu yang dah dipotong. So aku pilih dan ambil, aku tanya lagi boleh buka tengok tak sebab aku tak nampak dalam tu. Sebab aku nak make sure ada hati dan pedal je. Staff tu cakap tak boleh. Ok lah aku beli dan balik rumah. Sampai je kat rumah bila aku buka rupanya semua bahagian sayap. Aku kat sini nak cakap sekarang ni banyak supermarket dan minimarket dimerata tempat. Yang membuatkan aku kesana sebab murah dan servis. Harap lepas ni HQ dapat train staff lebih proactive. Sebab staff akan masuk dan keluar tapi servis mereka yang buruk meninggalkan kesan yang lama untuk orang repeat balik. Lihat bagaimana Pasaraya Aneka, Cmart, hampir berkubur tapi Yawata dan K-Ceria masih bertahan. Aku share kan sebab kami masih memerlukan sebuah pasaraya yang lengkap dikawasan kami.
