Church Of Our Lady Of Guadalupe (2009/1541) — Attraction in Malacca

The Roman Catholic community of Krubong located 12km north-east of Malacca town and the surrounding areas of Cheng, Malim and Durian Tunggal received the best Christmas present ever with the opening of the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe recently.

Feast of Our Lady of Guadeloupe annual visit. The 6pm service was in a mixture of English & Malay, making it shorter than previous year where Mandarin was also included.

The shrine was also much more beautiful this year, pity the procession was canceled due to heavy rain & slippery road.

The properly constructed addition hall was god-send, keeping parishioners and influx of overseas visitors...
