OYO 89705 Nexus Hotel — Hotel in Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council

A cheap, budget hotel. With very limited good points to praise about. Room isn't so spacious, smells of cigarettes lingering the air inside the room, the bed linen and blanket looks very old and unclean, already change colour to brown (we suggest to change to new one), safety manual door latch malfunction, toilet door cannot close (misaligned), no coffee making apparatus in the room, the power point is only one, and located behind the TV, the TV in the room is fuzzy, most of the time not functioning in receiving channels, aircond was cold, water heater is functioning, nothing to write home about. Receiptionists however are kind. As for us, overall stay was not so great experience. But all other better rating hotels at affordable rates are fully booked, so we have no other choice. If you have other choice, it may be wise to consider others...

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!! Super BAD condition!!!! AC is not cold, blanket and bed sheet is all turn yellow from white! Window is all broken! Power plug is only one hiding behind the tv. We stayed in premiere room for three person, but only one power point for us??? Hello, it's a digital world now please! Everything needs to be charge! If there's a zero star to rate, I will definitely suggest go for -2 stars hotel instead of 2 stars hotel....

Don't trust their picture. Bad service. Receptionist rude. No extra comforter, blanket or pillow. Got extra hidden charge. They doesn't mention this in website. Dirty amd torn blanket. I will banned this hotel and i will never recommend this hotel to...
