Gunung Matsurat which was on the outskirts of my village a while ago is also located in Kampung Kepayang Matsoorat. Usually we village teenagers would do climbing activities on Sunday off. Usually we will do this mountain climb by going around it. This is the safest way for teenagers under 16 years old. The mountain is famous for its folk tales about the alleged existence of a supernatural being called the "Sang Kelembai" who cursed the inhabitants of InI mountain to stone. , snakes and large frogs, elephants and many more that have turned to stone as a result of the...
