This venue offers a tranquil escape with its two large pools, catering to both hot and cold preferences throughout the seasons. Families can enjoy the water playgrounds designed specifically for children, while individuals seeking relaxation can indulge in the foot-soaking pools. For a delicious treat, steamed eggs are available.
Although the overall hygiene conditions are satisfactory, the snack stalls lack a wide variety of food options. It would be beneficial to expand the selection to cater to diverse taste preferences in the future.
In summary, this leisure destination is perfect for water-based entertainment and relaxation. Despite the limited snack choices, it remains a delightful place for families and friends to spend quality time together.
Moreover, the mini zoo featuring a diverse range of animals enhances the appeal of this venue. Animal enthusiasts, like myself, can have up-close encounters and even touch the animals, which is an incredible experience.
However, it is crucial to acknowledge that some animals may not have optimal living conditions. I hope that the management takes steps to improve their habitats and ensure their well-being. Enhancing the environment for these animals will elevate the overall experience and contribute to their welfare.
All in all, the mini zoo adds an exciting dimension to the venue, allowing visitors to interact with a variety of animals. While improvements are necessary, the opportunity to connect with and learn about these creatures...
Read moreWe visited Sg Klah Hot Spring on February 14, 2025, at 9:30 AM, with our father, who is unable to walk. We had obtained permission to drop off passengers inside the area.
However, after repeatedly asking the counter staff for the correct entrance for vehicles, we were directed to enter via the right-hand side. After dropping off our father, a security guard approached us on a motorcycle and started scolding us in a rude manner, raising his voice and blaming us for entering the area before immediately ordering us to leave. The road was not closed, and the instructions given earlier were unclear.
Overall, we have visited Sg Klah multiple times, and it has always been one of the best hot spring experiences. However, this time, we were extremely disappointed with the poor treatment from one of the security guards.
This experience was very disappointing. The management should ensure that staff, especially security personnel, are more courteous, professional, and ethical when dealing with visitors.
We hope the management takes action to prevent this from happening to other visitors in the future.
UPDATE: The management team has acknowledged the issue and has apologized following our email. They have also assured us that they will take steps to improve their services to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future 👍🏻
Let us all uphold a high standard of courtesy and professionalism in everything we do, ensuring that every interaction reflects respect...
Read moreMy first time here, introduced by my best friend. she wanted to come for the healing properties of hot springs, and brought me along.
The ticket for entry was quite a bit more expensive than I expected - RM25 per person. Apparently they hiked it up after the MCO.
My first impression was that the place was bigger and better managed than I expected. We went on a Monday so It wasn't crowded at all. At times we even had the entire large pool to ourselves.
There are several pools of varying temperatures. The largest one, which seemed quite kid-friendly wasn't hot - it has a huge slide on it, so you won't miss it. The other pools have temperatures of 30 degrees up to 50 degrees. We enjoyed trying different pools, but ended up staying a long time in the 2nd largest pool.
Food-wise, there wasn't much choice, most having closed down (I suspect) during MCO. However, what was available was quite good too, so no complaints there.
Facilities are pretty good, with clean restrooms and changing rooms. Lockers are provided, but you have to purchase a token at the counter.
Good for kids and families. There's even a small playground pool with slides to keep kids entertained. I heard the place is pretty packed on the weekend, so I'd avoid those days if you don't like crowds.
I surely will go again, this time with my kids!
P.s. Oh btw, the ticket does include entry at the small zoo they have, but we weren't interested to visit the zoo on that day, so can't...
