Felda Residence Hot Springs — Hotel in Perak

Advantages Check in was smooth but the check in counter was a different place from the villa entrance. Service was quick when attending requests and complains. Jacuzi in the villa is a plus point.

Disadvantages No ac in the living room so we had to leave the bedroom doors open to get some cold air in the living room. Squeaking bed (Villa 1, Bedroom 2, the bed near the wall) so the whole night I couldn't sleep properly. No plug point in bedroom 2. Had to use chargers and hair dryer outside the room. Bathroom light was so dim until we had to turn on our phone torchlight but technician claimed that at night will be fine, had to call them again around 6pm then only bulb was changed . Kitchen appliances had no plug point at the counter. The only plug point available was at the fridge, so we either had to put the microwave on the fridge or to put it on top of the stove to use it. Had stove and gas but no pots or pans. Expect people to bring when they travel? Misleading information on official website. 2 bedroom villa shows 1 king + 4 single bed. Living room photo also doesnt match with what we got. Hot water pool next to the therapeutic garden looks super dirty. (Water is green and yellowish, how long was it left there just like that?) Cold water pool looked it was under maintenance but not informed. Grouting in the bathroom looks horrible. Mould and black spots can be seen very obviously. Water from the shower area flows out to the bathroom. What's the point of having the divider for shower area then? Whole place looks dead and not well maintained. Changed alot since before MCO. Hot water in shower after running 5-10mins will finish. Only left with cold water to finish showering. Kitchen sink drainage has problem, when water is flowing down on the right side, it backflows on the left side.

Location About 20-30mins drive from town, but enjoyable natural environment.

Expected the villa to be old but did not expect it to be so...

Stay on 6/1/2024-7/1/2024, check in ok just booking 2 deluxe king, 1 room they give 2 single bed cause they thought we want a connecting room..then they change for us. On the afternoon we come back from the hot springs we’re hungry and we decided to order room service. And i call the room service they say if delivered to room the food will different price, if we pick up at the restaurant the price will be the same as stated in the menu. Then i as how much is the price for delivery to room. He keep repeating expensive,expensive..and suggested us to come and pickup on our own. When we go to the restaurant to pick up our food we ask why is delivery to room is different price. Then the guy say its the same as stated in the menu.. PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THIS. Our room is included with breakfast but the breakfast really really bad..seriously not worth it.. first, we find fungus at their bread. But the chef only take the fungus part out then the rest they didn’t want to change..then i told them the possibility all the bread will fungus then only they change. Next all the bowl spider web and some small animal in side them. I need to wipe the clean bowl first before putting something in.. Lastly, and most unforgettable my husband found a fly IN his fried egg.. he already have way eating his rice with the egg.. this really make me regret having breakfast here.. i hope the management team will take responsibility of all this thing happened. My family & I went there couple of days ago. The hotspring pools(varying temperatures) are definitely a thumbs up... surrounded by nature, a good place for relaxing and mind refreshing. Will definitely will come back.. only for day trip

Food is horrible. We had lunch at the resort food corner(near to pool). It's oily.. and worst part of it, dead fly on one of the plate. Can’t the cook be considerate in preparing the food ??? For dinner... which was at restaurant near to reception….one of the food is really salty(lots of ajinomoto), the rest are so so

We stayed in a villa. Initially we were given a villa at one corner of the place.. the moment we enter, nothing but creepy feeling. With its terrible wall deco, coupled with unclean toilet... I immediately request for a change. At that point, all of us didn't know that most of the villas are not occupied, it is weekday anyway. Despite hesitation from reception, i managed to convince to change villa.. and we were given slightly better one. Come dinner time… we have to drive to the reception area. Road leading to that place is completely dark. After meal, driving back… we thought it will change but still the same. We decided to go bed early because nothing much to do. kids with the grandma in 1 room…my wife & I in another. My wife & I couldn’t sleep throughout the night as we feel things.. sudden water drop, something running on the roof and attempt in opening sliding door  really creepy

Villa price of RM 600(one night).. really not worth...
