Glamping @ Wetland Putrajaya — Attraction in Putrajaya

We book and went there for 3D2N stay. Overall was good, but I think they need to improves some of their facilities/service like-:

Shower/Washroom facilities: This facilities were very good enough from space, quantity for washroom/shower some more come with water heater where you can't find with other glamping(mostly), but too bad the distance from the tent to the shower facilities quite far for us. Example :- when it's come to hard raining with thunder and lightning, it's not possible to us walk outside and we need to wait until the rain stops. Please consider this to some families with kids as well as senior citizen.

Buffet selection & price:- Buffet taste was great, but please consider to do a variety of dishes, or else not a repeated menu. Of course our tent comes with free breakfast but it's kind of boring to have a same meals in 2days row, that you have no choice to order food grab/panda. (May add on some menu like porridge, Mee Soup maybe?) We try their BBQ buffet, but for us personally RM48 is not worth it to have a basic dishes or menu such as Mee Goreng, Nasi Goreng Choices of Spaghetti, Fried sausage&nuggets.And no choices of vegetables and dishes is not frequently top up. If bacon was served or lamb, I think RM48 would be perfect price for it or you guys might consider to increase the price with additional of menu and dessert such as ice cream.

3.Water dispenser distance :- This is same issue with the shower room facilities, which is the distance to the dispenser from the tent were quite far (not that far actually) but need to walk and they only prepared some glass there. To avoid walk repeatedly, we need to prepare our own bottles and keep it at tent. Please consider to put water bottles inside the tent following with the minimum capacity of the tent. Guest would be more happy and convinient.

Uneven land with pebbles:- We rent their racquette and having badminton in their badminton space, land we're uneven and make us hard to have a good body balanced and pebbles was tricky that will make you fall or slip easily.

Unstable WiFi connection :- Unstable WiFi, better to have your own data(luckily this area still covered with line) thanks to that.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here, they offer a variety of activities such as Atv, water recreation, bicycle and attractive sightseeing such as Flamingo Lake, and many more. They provide vending machine and so many things you can buy from there such as USB! We can see this Glamping will go famous and well known since they are high demand even in weekdays. Suitable for company trip, family and friends outing, when you want to go out from hustle bustle of the city. Staff was friendly, polite and soft spoken.

Please consider this glamping if you are PLANNING and please bring along cash with you, since they are only accept cash.

Choose to have glamping at here just to have a short escape from reality.

At first, the overall still ok. Having air cond although not so cold, nice dinner and the environment also ok only as there is some on going construction, the place is quite small. After back from dinner and saw this inside our tent near to our bed. Calling for staff to solve this. But in the end is like suddenly disappear 🙂

Due to safety concern, they promised us to change a new tent which from Q7 to Q11. When we want to make our booking, they said just left one tent which is Q7. But at that time, they said Q11 is available and we thought Q11 is back up tent, if anything happened, they can still change their customer to the back up tent. We are ok with this solution, at least they trying to solve our problem. We have waited 45mins to wait for them to tell us we can move to the new tent as they said got one customer want to have a look at the tent, he is not staying tonight. We feel weird but we still waiting for them to inform us to move to the new tent.

And yes, finally they ask us move to the new tent. We expecting the tent is clean like the previous one, however the new tent is not clean at all. The carpet is wet, the floor is sticky and have no idea why got one area got ponding 😀 The tent is like not maintained properly. If raining is it the next one get wet will be me? 😀 I believe no one will willing to accept the tent like this. We paid, but the things we get is even worse than the previous one. 😀 For us, the environment for the new tent is totally unacceptable and there is no more tent available. 😀

We decided not to stay at the new tent, was trying to ask for refund at least 1/3 or what but the reception just returned us the deposit and don’t even say sorry. We try to understand that there is no more tent available due to long holiday. But if the tent is not suitable for customer to stay, they should tell us the truth. They should not trying to fool us that the tent is the same with the previous one we get.

Overall, the glamping experience was bad to me. The more I expected, the more I disappointed. Advised to think wisely...

I think that this is such a great experience. One of the good glamping spots📍 as compared to others, weekends are always full,💰 price is reasonable too, given the honest review below. A short getaway from city area 🏞️ suitable for birthday celebrations, team building, so on. There's a spot to take nice picture too, like the bird nest.

🚙 Parking is available along side. Is also nearby IOI mall, incase you need to buy something.

There's few activities around here such as cycling 🚴‍♂️ (bike is unstable, can't remember the price, cycle around you'll see flamingoes🦩), board games 🎲 (free if you play near the reception, deposit RM5 if you would like bring to your tent), archery 🎯 ATV (RM50 I think), trampoline🤸‍♂️ etc. Please bring your own marshmallows too, which you can toast them by the fire pit at night. There's also fire🔥🔥🔥 show starts at 9.30pm.

The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient too. I had tummy ache 🤧 the next morning and requested for ginger tea and they made it for me 🙏TQ

Place is clean 🏕️ there's plug points, WiFi (kinda unstable), AC and fan provided. No food and alcohol are allowed to bring in the tent except for light snacks. All meals are included, high tea 🍰 and dinner 🍝 (day 1), breakfast 🍳 and lunch after check out (day 2). The food is not bad I'd say. PLEASE be quiet at night 🔇 be more considerate because others need to sleep 💤 and people can hear your conversations clearly. Was raining that night ⛈️ they provided umbrellas ☂️

The toilet 🛀 is a bit further away from the tents, near to the reception so better use it before going to bed. At the female toilet, there's only few water heater 🚿and few hair dryers. Remember to bring your own towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries🧻.

Becareful of sandfly🦟! If you need a repellent, you may approach the receptionist.
