Taman Botani Putrajaya has seen significant improvements since my initial visit many years ago. To familiarize yourself with the layout of Taman Botani, start by visiting their information center. This is not only a place to gather information but also where visitors can rent bicycles for a more comfortable exploration of the park. The park boasts various themes, making it a destination that may require quite some time to fully experience. For those planning to explore the park on foot, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing mosquito repellent as some areas can be prone to mosquitoes. Additionally, be cautious of the numerous monkeys that inhabit the park. One notable addition to the park is the seafood restaurant located in the heart of the park. This restaurant opens during both lunch and dinner hours, offering visitors a delightful dining option amidst the natural surroundings. In summary, I highly recommend visiting this park not only because it is free of charge but also for the convenience of having a seafood restaurant within the park, making it an ideal spot for a family outing.

Date of visit 01st May 2022, morning. Just visited a small part of the park and would try to come back again. Environment The place was relaxing, with lots of greenery. The landscape was well kept such that setting up a picnic is a breeze. Cleanliness was good from the car park to the garden inside. Didn't see any leftover garbage bags. The lake also was very clean, with no unusual smell. Keep up the good work. To visitors, please do take back your garbage with you. Available facilities include toilets and picnic areas. Not sure if boats / canoes car be rented at this premises cos I saw some boats on the lake. Safety Paved walkway from the entrance to almost everywhere in the park. Others The Moroccan Pavilion was closed at the time of visit. The toilet adjacent to the Pavilion was closed off so unsure if they are open to use. Improvements Leaked water pipe next to the TNB. Could have more waste bins for people to throw their rubbish

Visited this park for few times. I really enjoy the view and the scenery was amazing. For those who really love nature would be fall in love with this place. This park is very well maintened. This park is suitable if you want to jog, picnic or ride a bike. They also provide a bike for rental. The price quite okay and affordable. There is an office in this park that managed all activities. It’s located at second floor. Use staircase to access to the office lobby. The office closed during lunch hour. Need to hurry or you’ll have to wait until after lunch. This park is allowed to have picnic on but not a party celebration like birthday party. If you are eager to have party, you have to apply for permit first. Maybe it will take a few days before approval. You can discuss the management at the office. They have big parking area and few entrance. Even you park at the back or front side, you can easily enter to the park.

One of the nicest gardens near kuala lumpur. Lush green gardens where you can spend time with your young ones playing football, flying disks or other sports. Public toilets are closer to the entrance and we didn’t find any inside the park. There is a large lake inside where there are spots to feed the fish and turtles. This is where young kids find a lot of interest. Couple of restaurant are inside, but in general less food options. However, it’s a great idea to find snacks from home. Lots of spots to sit and eat. Just be cautious of the prying monkeys. Have visited multiple times and I don’t mind visiting here every alternate weekend. Adequate number of Car Parking slots so parking is usually not a struggle. The park is very pram friendly. So feel free to get your little one some fresh air. Cycle tracks are all designated and the place offers much inclines and slops, which makes biking challenging and fun.

The name of the place speak for itself. but.... most of it are green flora. less flowers here. If you expect to see many flowers, am sorry you might be disappointed. so, don't expect flower too much, expect to see more trees, and trees, and trees! although some place are really beautiful with falling flower. the purple flower falling from it branch is really beautiful! many type of palm oil here and of course Oak tree and other types of tree. there is also Vineyard. not so many flower and vine. very disappointed. some place is flooded. the place is really big so expect to walk around 1-1.5km around or more. just walk, exercise your body! its free as the time i visited (2022). probably need to pay ticket on a later date as i saw some ticket machine were on the way to be installed there. so come now and visit now while it is free. enjoy and have fun!
