Remarkable destination known for its wide range of attractions and activities. With its expansive size, visitors have plenty of space to explore and immerse themselves in nature. The well-maintained grounds reflect the dedication to preserving this natural haven, with manicured lawns, trimmed hedges, and beautiful flower beds. The garden's scenery is captivating, featuring towering trees, vibrant flowers, and lush greenery that create a picturesque setting. Whether you're seeking peace and tranquility, inspiration for photography, or a leisurely walk, the garden offers an escape from the busy city life.

Fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of the well-maintained jogging paths that wind through the garden, enjoying the fresh air and scenic views. The garden also provides various amenities and facilities to cater to visitors' needs, including seating areas for relaxation, picnic spots for quality time with loved ones, and playgrounds for children. Overall, the Putrajaya Botanical Garden offers an enjoyable experience for nature lovers, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a place to unwind and rejuvenate. It is highly recommended to visit this botanical garden to witness its beauty and experience the serenity...

Taman Botani Putrajaya has seen significant improvements since my initial visit many years ago. To familiarize yourself with the layout of Taman Botani, start by visiting their information center. This is not only a place to gather information but also where visitors can rent bicycles for a more comfortable exploration of the park. The park boasts various themes, making it a destination that may require quite some time to fully experience. For those planning to explore the park on foot, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing mosquito repellent as some areas can be prone to mosquitoes. Additionally, be cautious of the numerous monkeys that inhabit the park.

One notable addition to the park is the seafood restaurant located in the heart of the park. This restaurant opens during both lunch and dinner hours, offering visitors a delightful dining option amidst the natural surroundings. In summary, I highly recommend visiting this park not only because it is free of charge but also for the convenience of having a seafood restaurant within the park, making it an ideal spot for a...

The park is gorgeous, no doubt. A real gem in Putrajaya. But the recreational activity registration system? hadooohhh… siapa lah yang design. They make you scan a QR code that links to a Google Form. Fine, that’s modern. But it only works for one person at a time. So if you’re in a group of 5, 8, or 10. every single person has to repeat the process. One by one, like a slow ritual of frustration. Nak uji kesabaran ke apa? Result? A queue that doesn’t need to exist. Visitors standing around fiddling with forms instead of enjoying the lake. Honestly, it feels like the organizer prioritised “easy for us” over “pleasant for visitors.” kan senang kalau kau allow group registration. One leader fills in everyone’s names settle. Tak payah nak scan untuk setiap orang. Otherwise, this so-called digital convenience is nothing more than bureaucratic bottleneck with WiFi. Sayang betul, taman cantik, facilities ok, but that registration flow kills the mood faster than the hot sun. Tolong la, upgrade sikit. Pelancong datang nak fun, bukan nak jadi...

I visited Putrajaya Botanical Gardens in 2003 after it opened in 2002. It was a barren and hot open garden in those days but I had high hopes for it. Different sections with different botanical species - ferns, orchids, palms, creepers, heliconias etc. Visiting again after more than 20 years, the gardens have become lush and green with tall trees and established plants and vegetation everywhere. Yet I was rather disappointed with how the gardens have evolved overall. Many of the plants have not been pruned and cared for properly. Weeds and other species of plants were to be found in between the specific plant areas. A lot of money has been spent in infrastructure with concrete paths, aerial walkways, buildings etc which is not a bad thing. However the plants are quite obviously lacking the care and love they require. This a truly sad thing as the gardens had so much potential at the start. We can only hope that someone with a proper focus and dedication will take charge and put the gardens back on track again.
