ALICE BRIGHT & SHINE CLEANING SERVICES — Attraction in Subang Jaya

I used this cleaning for my post renovation cleaning and it was okay, but cleaners were rough with the lights and fans. I’ve mentioned to the cleaners directly to be gentle.

After which, we signed up for a package of 12 sessions for convenience, and at first they were rotating the cleaners for each session. So we asked them to stick to 2 cleaners, so the 2 cleaners would know what to do each week when they come. Eventually they started to rotate one of the cleaner due to one being unwell or being away, and this is when the damages start. New cleaners would come to my house untrained and they would clean without care; used the wrong things for certain items, like using a rough surface scrub for Matt black sanitary wares and causing scratches. Damages were done to my walls as well, due to scratches from ladders carried up by the cleaners.

No compensation given to the damages and the cleaning company thinks by giving merely 2 sessions free will resolve the damages in my house. Alice bright cleaning, you are not capable of providing a professional cleaning services when you are charging me high prices and giving me low quality services. By giving me new cleaners on more than 2 occasions, you are really putting your staffs training-on-the-job at my house, whereby any damages done you can just get away with it.

I have been using Alice B for the past 1 month for my house and my condo and I only have good things to say about their excellent services. Nida, is especially easy to deal with, friendly, professional and responsive. For the record, I have a fixed once a week, fixed day and time scheduled ahead for long term so this does make it easier for Nida to work on fixing the roster and the Kakaks allocation. Suffice to say, they have turned up as scheduled, always punctual, and best part is, always the same team of Kakaks, 1 team for the house and 1 for the condo. Nida will send me reminders the day before the session so it is very reassuring to have her as my reliable provider.

And the Kakaks so far have been nothing but perfect. Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, take and remember instructions well, they know what they are doing and really good at their job. Very professional and they take great care of my belongings. Especially Kak Mar and Sima, just angels.

And payment is only made after job completion. So there is no worry at all on any of the viral scams which have been quite rampant lately. Thank you Alice Bright for being here to help this very...

Not a cleaning company. Just a company with some unskilled labour available. Unfortunately, I took their services despite my doubts and higher costs (+20%) compared to other reputable professional companies but they did not have availability.

Staff = zero skill but goodwilling. e.g had to explain that you need hot water to clean oily surfaces, how to clean oven, how to use cleaning products and which ones, etc. Come on, they even tried to clean oil stain with a putty knife claiming they cannot clean it therefore cant do it, when I could wipe it off with a sponge...

Used some of my cleaning products without permission and hopefully accidentally (rather than on purposes) took some back with them.

Staff had no clue what they were contracted to do, hours, scope of work, etc.

Initial response and agreement was good via Whatsapp but clearly just promising everything to get the job then not able to deliver it.

I just paid to get rid of them as fast as possible, despite offer to come back in future date. Should have paid half price for the service but didnt want to have any further dealings with...
