The cave is not accessible in winter or in windy weather as the sea splashes along the route (path along the coast). However this beautiful panorama is well worth the hike, especially by the upper path.
The path to the cave is marked with tiny red dots on the rocks, markings visible from both sides from both Gnejna Beach and Fomm Ir-Rih. The trail from Gnejna is easier as the trail on the other side runs through landslides.

We couldn’t get too close to the cave because the waves would have pulled us in and we felt sea sick. Kayak rental 28EUR for 2h for 2 people from Gnejna Beach. It was very difficult and dangerous. The way up took all my power and I could not find a safe way to reach the google path.
