Update after a few days here… this is hands down the best beach in Gozo in my opinion… prettiest water and sand colour. Especially perfect on a calm day without wind!

Not sure how many stars to give because I can’t compare it to many places in Malta since I just arrived… but compared to other countries, there were some things I wasn’t a fan of. I always enjoy swimming anyways and there’s some very nice patches of beautiful turquoise water. The beach itself had a stage being set up on it when we went, I didn’t like that. The water was not super clear but maybe because the shore is sandy. I’m not a fan of the concrete area with sun beds… it looks and feels desolate… they should build a wooden deck on top. I also find it expensive to pay 5 euros for each item (umbrella or sunbed) in such a desolate looking deck. Besides this, there’s a bunch of boats for boat trips to Comino and diving, parking is ample but rough terrain, and there’s a cafe/restaurant which I didn’t go to. There’s toilets and showers. It was decent but I like a more natural setting with less concrete or better built. In Turkey and Greece there would also be showers and changing rooms for example, and better looking umbrellas and sun beds. Still...

When visiting Gozo, it is worth stopping by this beach! It’s a small pebble beach with all the facilities you need. There are toilets, free showers, free parking space, a shop where you can buy food/drinks and you can even rent sunbeds and umbrellas if you want to. There is also a beach crew that monitors if everything is okay. From this beach you can go to Comino island with boats for a small fee (€10 pp). On the side of this beach you can walk on the rocks and have a beautiful view. This place is also great for snorkling! The water is clear and undeep. There are also Several ladders that you can use to go out of the water after snorkeling or and rest on the rocks. It’s a very peaceful beach and not so crowded (we...

This beach has almost everything. It’s a pebble beach, many people use shoes when swimming. They rent out beds. Right now 7 euro per bed and umbrella.

Short hill to two trailers serving drinks, ice cream, beer, burgers and pizza. Nothing inside. But roof and shadow.

Short walk to a cave, you have to walk in some off road terrain to get there but it is worth it. Crystal clear water and you can swim into the cave! Jump from a cliff; looks about 7 meters?

They say you can ride with a taxi boat to common island from here? Which is the...
