SuperBowl — Attraction in Saint Julian's

Disastrous food service at the bowling tables. We ordered two wraps and a salad, but only one wrap arrived after about 25 minutes. The short Asian waitress taking orders today at around lunch time insisted that we hadn't ordered anything else whereas we had clearly ordereed two wraps and a salad. We recounted to her the conversation and she finally apologized but offered no redress except to re-order the missing food and wait again. She advised that the second order will arrive in 10 minutes. Of course it didn't happen. After a few good games, our child got fed up and wanted to leave. We got up to with he food not having yet arrived. On our way out we saw the same waitress carrying our tray to the bowling lane where we were previously seated.

As they would clearly not have refunded us for the food, we had to go back and try and convince our child, who had had more than enough of bowling, to remain and eat.

The idea of having a fun bowling game and a snack was therefore royally messed up, with the waitress changing her version again at the end and after we paid), continuing to insist that we had initially ordered only one item.

How the Eden leisure group allows such a multi million investment's reputation to be tarnished by a clearly untrained TCN with no clue of hospitality and service...

Visited this place for the second time recently, and while the staff continues to impress with their friendliness and patience, especially during busy weekends, the overall experience leaves much to be desired.

The system for booking bowling lanes is problematic. Despite booking a specific time, we had to endure long waits due to lanes being fully booked. Adding to the frustration, the online booking system was not functional, making it difficult to plan ahead.

The arcade offers some fun but comes with a hefty price tag. Games are short, and I ended up spending €25 in just about 15 minutes. It feels quite expensive for the amount of playtime you get.

The best part of this establishment is undoubtedly the staff. They are extremely friendly and do their best to manage the crowd and keep things running smoothly.

However, given the long waits and technical issues, both of my visits here have been marked by frustration. Improvements in the booking system and better value for the arcade games would go a long way in enhancing the...

Worst experience. Long wait, being ignored by the staff, rude attitude - especially from the tall woman and the tall guy. It’s not about the system not working, it’s all about the service and handling of the stressful situations. After having waited for more than 30 minutes without being acknowledged, only one employee explained to us what went wrong and did his best to fix the problem. The other five didn’t really care about the customers when they were stressed. We booked for two games but were told that we could only play one game. Then half way through the game, the system crashed and we waited another 30-40 minutes for them to restart the game. Management was completely chaotic!
