On our first visit, we received coupons for 10 Euros added to slot play, and a free bar drink - with the stipulation that the coupons were only valid on subsequent visits. We came back two days later. When I presented my free drink coupon, a gruff, surley, rude bartender yelled, "That's only good for tomorrow, not today!" I showed him the date on the coupon, and he still argued with me! "The coupon is missing! No drink!" (The missing coupon was for the slot machine offer that I had already used". After much back-and-forth, we were finally, grudgingly given our drinks. On afterthought, I wish I has simply let the coupons on the bar and walked out. I shouldn't have to fight for a drink! Of course, I complained to the management, who seemed to sympathize with our situation. He went with us to talk to the bar tender, who proceeded to outright lie about the encounter, and blamed me for the "misunderstanding". No apology was offered. The manager did say that he would allow me another free drink, but by that time, the mood had been destroyed. We left our drinks and the remaining coupons an a table and left. Side note - This casino shares a building with the Dolmen Hotel - a spectacular, wonderful place to stay! DON'T confuse the casino for the hotel! To get to the casino from the hotel, you have to risk your life in a rickety shaking elevator that stinks of electrical smoke. We mentioned the condition of the elevator to the casino reception. Casino is very nice inside has a smoking and non smoking room were you can smoke fags in the casino they have roulette blackjack 3 card poker 5 card poker poker games and a sports room to watch the football etc they have a restraunt as well that's very nice althou i never ate anything food looks nice now I go to the staff that work here the dealers are all very rude and stare at you all the time and if you win big the check there cctv to make sure you or the dealer hasn't cheated also be very vigilant on your side bets as the dealer don't have a clue what there doing and if you don't point out that you have won the side bets they will just take your money and you get nothing this happend about 6-7 times then they get pissed of with you if you point out the fact that they aren't doing there job properly
