Qawra Point Beach — Attraction in Saint Paul's Bay

Great beach for swimming and sunbathing. It's rocky (as most beaches around here are) but there are still places to stick a towel down and the loungers are apparently pretty cheap to rent (we didn't). The big attraction for us was that the beach was sheltered from the strong winds afflicting St. Paul's Bay (making waves even on our rooftop hotel pool..) so it was great to get out of the wind for a swim and some sunbathing. Beautiful beach close to the city of Bugibba with crystal clear water. Rocky beach with stones, so if you go either bring your own chair/stuff or you can rent a sunbed and umbrella there, each for 6 EUR. The area where you can settle down and put your stuff down is relatively small, so if you want a good spot, it might be worth it to go earlier than the crowds. Definitely recommend this beach! Very nice spot, in summer time you can rent the sun umbrellas and sunbeds. When it's windy the west side is protected by the pool and the island wich gives you quite sea(mostly the wind is coming from nort).
