Playa Todos Santos B.C.S. — Attraction in Baja California Sur

Amazing beach feels like something out of the movies like the original Planet of the apes. Challenging to get to but worth it with a little hiking or beach walking to arrive. You can park as close as you can near the Hotel La Pozada and walk along the rocks or hike down from the top of the hill and park near the Mirador Palapa Restaurant. Be careful with waves as they may seem calm but in an instant a huge wave can come up and cover the beach. What a beautiful desolate beach! We didn't see another soul out there. It definitely did not look like a safe place to swim. But we were very glad that we went and got our feet wet. Actually, some of us accidentally got a lot more than our feet wet when a large wave caught us of guard....

Hands down my favourite beach on earth. Not many people, beautiful sand and whales passing by off the shore. We loved swimming here as well - there are flecks of gold(?) in the sand that are kicked up by the swell and glimmer in the sun. Magical...
