Relieve Vinícola — Attraction in Baja California

I live in San Diego and frequently visit the Valle With friends and family. Relieve is my favorite winery in the Valle and I'll tell you why. My 3 check boxes for a great wineries are, (1) quality wine, (2) incredible atmosphere and (3) outstanding customer service. I'm picky, so It's rare that any wineries down there get all 3 of those boxes checked. Relieve is the one exception. The amount of love and passion that Relieve puts into their business is incomparable. From the moment you arrive, you feel great energy come over you. For starters, their Manager, David is the Dj and let's just say, he's got great taste with music! The view of the vineyard from the winery is spectacular. You can even see their restaurant across the way and the property is just picturesque from every angle. And lastly the wine is so smooth and tasty! And if you have time for food (especially breakfast/brunch) their restaurant, Mixtura has some of the best food in the Valle. I'd highly suggest getting this place if you're staying the night in the Valle and want a good breakfast spot. All in all just do yourself a favor and check this place out. You...

RELIEVE VINÍCOLA llegada a las 1:03 pm salida a las 12:02 pm

Es un lugar que nace en 2005 por iniciativa de una familia de arquitectos e ingenieros de Ensenada, deciden dar una propuesta de vinos dónde dan a conocer los contrastes del valle como lo son las montañas y el océano. Una vinícola muy linda, pasamos un momento agradable, con buena música, el lugar muy amplio, con diferentes espacios bien decorados para poder degustar de las propuestas de vino que tienen para sus visitantes, una terraza muy espaciosa y un gran terreno que muestra sus plantaciones de uva.

Esta vinícola me gusto mucho, la decoración elegante, con todo el frente lleno de focos en tonalidad amarilla, lo que le proporciona calidez, están pendidos de un tronco que a su vez esta sujetada de un techo negro alto y con bigas.

Los sillones son de colores vivos, dándole un contraste a este espacio y haciéndolo acogedor, esta extremadamente limpio.

Cuenta con tres tipos de degustaciones, #1 la básica $280, (blanco, rosado y tinto), #2 tintos de $350, #3 Relieve 4 tintos, $450pesos cualquiera de las tres opciones incluyen una copa Relieve de Souvenir, por supuesto que seleccionamos la número #3 para conocer todos sus vinos.

El exterior es bastante grande y tiene una estructura de alas para que puedan capturar una foto para el recuerdo, el lugar me gustó mucho, les aconsejo un mejor servicio, éramos 2 parejas y sentí que no nos atendieron como en otros viñedos dónde el servicio es primordial.

No recomiendo!!! Soy un habitual visitante de los viñedos del valle de Guadalupe y Temecula… Esta Vinícola es la primera vez que fui y última, el trato displicente, rudo y fuera de todo trato respetuoso al cliente, no puedes elegir lo que tu quieras probar sino lo que te imponen, se “basan” en turnos y si llegas tarde al “turno” o “Reserva”tienes obligadamente probar lo que los primeros pidieron, y si no quieres eso te dicen que tienes que esperar 1:30 para probar lo que quieras… en fin totalmente decepcionante esa visita y nunca recomendaría ese sitio.

Disappointing Experience at the Winery

I am writing to share my recent experience at Relieve during my visit to the Valle de Guadalupe.

As a frequent visitor to the vineyards in both Valle de Guadalupe and Temecula, I can confidently say that this was my first and last visit to this winery. The service was dismissive and rude, lacking any respectful treatment of customers. I was disappointed to find that I could not choose what to taste; instead, I was limited to what was predetermined based on the group ahead of me. Even if you arrive on time for your reservation, you are forced to sample what others ordered, and waiting an additional 1.5 hours to try what you want is unacceptable.

Overall, my experience was incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this...
