Home Depot-Ensenada is a terrible store to shop. Staff lack customer service and I have experience their attitude when they get interrupted with a stock question. One girl was on her private cell phone and got angry at me for interrupting her, While in plumbing I asked another employee a plumbing stock question. This man replies, sorry I don't work here (while he is wearing the typical orange apron) I then asked him to radio the plumbing guy. This man tells me, I don't have a radio and walks away.
I was in the process of selecting 3 interior doors when an employee from lumber (black apron & knee pads) grabs my cart and walks away with it. I called the guy out, he turns to look at me and continues to walk away with my cart with no expression on his face. Didn't give a flying....
Stocking & inventory is conducted during normal public hours. Staff constantly close isles and even have the nerve to remove customers from the isles for HOURS at a time.

Management said days ago that only a store balance card is possible and that refunds aren't provided in the Ensenada market, a complete fabrication. It requires an argument and lengthy wait to get a refund, and Home Depot's staff becomes visibly irritated when customers demand they honor Home Depot's actual written return policy instead of this store's made-up policy.
Home Depot's Mexican customers should not be forced to loan money to a multinational corporation like Home Depot so the manager can jack up his sales numbers and keep some of that money when these cards are lost. El personal y la gerencia se niegan sistemáticamente a emitir reembolsos, incluso con recibo, y lo han hecho durante años.
