Walmart — Attraction in Ensenada

The worst customer service ever.. As i trayed to return a tv.. I had bought it two days ago jst opend box did not even use the tv it was to small for the space i needed it to put on display with... As i asked for the return i was questioned of the liabilty of the tv.. Had the electronic department sells associate come and take the tv for inspection.. As he explained to the store manager that the tv was not even used bwcause the seals were still in tacted. She forcingly asked her own employee to double check it wasent dameged.. And still waa hesitant to return my money beiing so that this was the 2nd tv being returned att this store and was afraid of having to claim store credit.. For this same product... After confirming the return policy to her they returned the money and amolst excorted me out the store. With security for speacking out loud and poiting of the lack of...

The roof was leaking, second time that I remember this happening.

Went through self checkout, no indicator on where the line was. An employee was standing there for a few minutes and didn’t say anything until the last second that the line was actually where she was standing. No markers, nothing that said where the line was. She was very rude and kept wanting to have the last word.

Then after checking out, the sensors beeped and we didn’t realize that a security tag was still on the clothes. Had to go back to a cashier and ask her to take it off.

I’m giving two stars because the man helping at the self checkout was very patient and helpful!

I’ve been to this Walmart many times and this was definitely the worst...

LEELO COMPLETO PORFABOR AYUDENME A DIBULGARLO!!!!!!! El trato de el encargado de juguetes fue demasiado absurdo , estúpido e in aceptable.por el día de reyes mi mamá especificamente me dió un juego de mesa el mismo día por la noche queríamos jugar con ese juego de mesa Pero por más que intentamos probar no funcionaba así que lo decidimos guardar.Mi mamá todavía concerbaba el ticket así que lo decidimos ir a cambiar ,por el trabajo de mi madre no pudimos ir al día siguiente así que fuimos el día que seguía quisimos cambiar el articulo con el ticket pero no no lo quisieron cambiar,mi abuelo y mi madre benían con migo ,la señora que nos atendió fue demasiado grosera con mi abuelo, le habolo muy fuerte y altanero . Mi abuelo padese de parquinson , es una persona que apenas puede hablar , el es muy delicado y tiene problemas de el corazón lamentablemente a el ya le dió un infarto una vez y es demasiado delicado el que una persona que no sabe hacer bien su trabajo le hable de esa manera a una persona de 88 años. La señora amenazó a mi abuelo con llamarle a seguridad porque se hacerco a escuchar la conbersación que tenía la señora con una encargada sobre lo que estaba pasando . Tiempo después la señora le habló a él encargado de juguetería y el señor tampoco reaccióno de una buena manera , igual que la señora le importó poco lo que mi abuelo les dijera . Hasta donde yo se el cliente siempre tiene la palabra y aunque nosotros no estuviéramos en lo correcto no debió hrle de esa manera a mi abuelo. Cabe decir cue después de esa gran situación mi mamá terminó temblando de la tensión que se jeneró y mi abuelo se aceleró demaciado. yo tenía la impreción de que walmart era una empreza faborable para la comundidad. Yo no recomiendo este lugar ya que el trato de walmart en macroplaza de el mar esas personas nos hicieron pasar ...
