MEGA Soriana Bucerías — Attraction in Nayarit

Two days ago I went to the store, they had a 3x2 on wine. I saw a brand I didn't know so I took 3 bottles, the lady said I have to pay here in the wine section not to go to the cashier. Ok. She then $597 for 3 bottles, I said it should be $398 because they were $199 each. She said no, they are $299 each. I showed her the wine and the tag.she said that is the wrong tag and they don't have that wine. Same thing happened yesterday at your plaza caracol store in PV. Different wine.same issue, I took the clerk to look at the sign, the tag had the name of the wine, cabernet, it matched the bottle, then she said this wine price tag had expired October 23 !!!!!!!!. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. The same thing happened the day before at you store in Plaza Cars ok with different wine brand correct tag and type of wine. I will start shopping somewhere else. They all have the same deal,...

There are great choices in Mega as well as a section devoted to food specialties not readily available in Mexico generally. Great wine section, plants, housewares and electronics along with a large section for pool floaties, clothes for the family, auto needs including tires, appliances, a coffee shop, McDonalds and a pharmacy. There is also a public washroom available.

The grocery part if the store is huge with a vast selection. The baked goods are from the bakery and fresh daily. The produce Dept has lots of selection, is seasonally fresh and always appealing. Most if the employees speak Spanish only but there are several Managers who also speak English and are super helpful. The parking is great with lots of shady spots out of the ever present and seasonally, very hot sun. Personally, Mega is my favourite grocery store. Enjoy taking...

I bought an LG washing machine and they told me I had to pay extra for delivery. I agreed. They asked we can deliver later today or tomorrow morning. I made sure someone was home to receive it. That was on Thursday April 10th 2025. They asked only for my address. I said , “ please take my phone number and also my wife’s number”. No delivery on April 10th . OK maybe tomorrow morning. No delivery the next morning either. No delivery the next afternoon. No calls to me or my wife . No sign of my new washing machine. It’s now Saturday afternoon April 12th and no delivery and no calls. I have of course been trying to call MEGA but their listed number is not in service. Really amateur customer service.
