Takes me about 3h to go up and come down, but on a pretty decent pace without breaks. the quality of air above teleférico is amazing, it's also much cooler. Bring enough water and time your trip well, coming down in the dark is not much fun without a headlamp.
You can use this path to go to Pico Norte also: it's much easier than the path from Contry. Continue past the teleférico and past the Jesus statue.
