Foreigners do not go! The water is murky there’s only like 3 cenotes. One is in a cave but the water is dirty. Not worth the trip either. The staff was rude to us for no apparent reason. So were to locals, they didn’t seem to like us because of our appearance. You can’t see farther down than your feet that’s how dark the water is. Overall an unpleasant experience and a waste of time. Would...

We decided to take a taxi over from our hotel since it was nearby. We were here for an hour or so and it was 200 MXN per person. We were there the entire time by ourselves which was awesome. Didn’t have all the facilities and everything that the bigger tourist places do but was worth it for not having the crowds. Only Giving 4 stars because there were...

Honestly, if you want a serene and low key cenote with no tourists, this is the joint! There was only one other family and it was only 150$ pesos with a life vest included. The pictures we took still didn’t do the place justice. It’s small but so quite! You could bring snacks and food to eat on the side and your belongings are safe since it’s...

The water is extremely dirty and dangerous, there are scorpions and bats everywhere, I always saw it empty, the town has dangerous streets for sedans that can get stuck. the Cenote works to supply water to the town as seen in the video
