One of the staff here was very rude! So since we came at around 4:20 (the cenote closes at 5), we would only have around 30 or 40 minutes to swim. When we came, we asked the old man at the counter if we could pay half the price of admission (there were 6 of us, totaling 80 usd for just 30 minutes) because we were staying for a very short time. He kept refusing, in a rude and very condescending way. He even started repeating what he was telling us on a wakie talkie to other staff (“they don’t want to play because it’s too expensive”)! He wouldn’t even let us look at the cenote to decide if we wanted to stay the half hour. And that was my bad experience at Cenote Jaguar. Go here...
