During my trip to Akumal, we stopped by 3 cenotes. This one takes 1st place! We came right when it opened and no one else was there the whole time. The clear waters and lily pads made it such a serene experience.
What to know: This cenote is in the Dos Ojos Park, which has multiple cenotes including the very popular one Dos Ojos. Control over the wearing of life jackets is not strict here, so you can take great photos without them(; And the best time to visit any cenote is morning. Until there's not many people and it's quiet...
