Olahola Vacation Rentals at Tao Ocean — Attraction in Quintana Roo

We rented one of the houses from Tao Mexico in Airbnb ( unit B4). Somehow it had every good reviews but it is the worst experience we have ever had. Very expensive for what it is and you can’t enjoy beach. The house was poorly equipped, mattresses and wardrobes had bed bugs so we had to move out in the first week of our holidays. The host Luis didn’t want to deal with the problem , didn’t answer phone and didn’t care. we could refund the money for the days left through Airbnb. You can access the shore but it is full of rocks, you need to walk 15 min to be able to enter the sea in front of nearby hotels ( however they don’t let you seat in front of the hotels’ sun beds). Choose something better to stay if you want to have holidays in the beach. Residents can only use beach club pool which is full of kids and...

Condos are nice but dated. Seems that the whole place is a work in progress as there was construction taking place. Grounds are fairly clean and the staff around the place were friendly. The pool was not really open when we were there...I would like to see the place during peak season, as there is a bar and nice patio/beach area...

Finger weg! 1 Woche nur Kalt-, bzw. teilweise gar kein Wasser. Bei Anfragen dauert die Antwort 2-3 Tage. Taxi bestellt, zugesagt, nicht gekommen. Reinigung bestellt, zugesagt, nicht gekommen. Fliesenboden aufgebrochen. Möbel alt ungepflegt undabgenutzt. Absolut mieses...
