Best View of Kotor

The view is amazing and the atmosphere the way up. -1 Star because the restaurant is rude and expensive. And without buying no stopping and no pictures. And -1 because the street is so narrow and the traffic up here (in April/Mai pre Saison) so massiv that you stop every 300m and it’s hard to pass the huge suv cars. Lots of parking and a nice view however it was kind of lame to "must buy something to stop and enjoy view". There was basic drinks available, basic service. I would recommend skipping this spot and instead stopping 400m up the road to enjoy the view from an old fortress platform.
