★★★★★ A Must-Do Experience for Families & Nature Lovers! Crocopark is one of Agadir's gems, offering a fantastic blend of wildlife and botanical gardens that makes for a perfect half-day trip.
We found this place to be incredibly well-maintained, clean, and surprisingly engaging for all ages. It’s more than just a crocodile park—it's a beautifully designed sanctuary.
The main attraction is, of course, the Nile crocodiles. Watching these majestic creatures up close from safe, well-designed walkways is an awesome experience. A top tip for new visitors is to time your visit with the feeding schedule. The feeding happens multiple times a day (depending on the season), and seeing the crocodiles in action is a thrilling highlight you don't want to miss. I’d recommend checking the official website or asking a staff member upon arrival for the exact times.
Beyond the crocodiles, the park truly shines with its other features. The botanical gardens are stunning, with several themed areas like the “Blue Garden” and the “Aquatic Garden” that are full of unique and rare plants. We also enjoyed seeing the anacondas, giant tortoises, and monkeys. There are plenty of shaded benches and spots to relax and take in the scenery.
Key Visitor Tips: Tickets & Pricing: As of my last visit, individual adult tickets were around 95 Dhs, with children's tickets priced at 65 Dhs (ages 3-12). These are the on-site prices, so be aware that booking a tour with a shuttle will be more expensive. Accessibility: The park is very accessible, with paved paths and ramps that are great for strollers and wheelchairs, which is a huge plus for families. On-site Facilities: There’s a cafe and restaurant with decent snacks, sandwiches, and drinks. It's a convenient spot to grab a refreshment, but food isn't included in the ticket price. Best Time to Go: I suggest visiting in the cooler morning hours when the crocodiles are most active, or in the late afternoon. Getting There: The park is a bit outside the city center, but it's easily reachable by taxi or by using the public bus (lines 5 and 9 from ALSA).
Overall, Crocopark is an educational and fun outing that provides a welcome break from the beach. It’s a great way to see a different side of the Agadir area and support a unique conservation effort. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone who...

Read moreBrilliant day out for all ages. The way the park is, the path makes sure you don’t miss a thing. You can see about 300 crocodiles and they have feeding times throughout the day too which you can watch. The whole set up is great. Follow the path round to the beautiful gardens and see the monkeys. Spend a bit time in the shaded areas and mini mazes and magic mirrors. There was a lady doing free henna whilst we were there then have your pic taken with the mascot. Onto to the lily pads and take your own photos standing on one for a small fee. Bonus is you can take lots of pics on your own phone. Next there is huge climbing area and paleo sand pit and hedged maze for the kids. We also stopped in the Pirate Cove Sweet Shop for some treats. Round to Cactus Garden to see the Iguanas and Giant tortoises and another climbing frame all in gorgeous surroundings with giant cacti. A wander under the waterfall and through Python zoo and through the croco display that has lots of babies, eggs and educational displays. There’s more photo ops, glass tunnels for everyone and more slides and parks for little ones. We stopped at the gift shop too. You could spend a few hours or the whole day. Everywhere you go, the staff are super helpful and smiling. All in all brilliant and excellent value for money.
Pricing - Our taxi (3 adults 2 children) was £25 round trip. Entry to the park is £6 or so for adults and up to and in 3yrs are free. Wouldn't bother with the packages you see from tour shops offering fast track. You don’t need it. Our lunch on the restaurant was £32 for everyone inc drinks (burgers/pizzas with fries) plus an ice cream. £1.50 for you water lily pics. Gift shop - some of the plastic toys are a bit expensive for what they are but we bought Crocopark T-shirt £6 Crocoparc Cap £5 Wooden flute £3 Crocoparc cup...
