Sidi Bouzid was a place for family and friends having a good time at the beach and eating good food at a cozy and calm little city with a good beach and nice people.
I visited it this month and everything that was once thriving has become abandoned with for sale signs. This region is rich as it close by to the biggest phosphate port in Morocco.
The bins were extremely full because the company that was in charge of taking the bins to disposal areas were not operational.
It seemed as if the while city was on pause or stop and nothing was clean or nice to see.
When we asked a local friend they said that a big problem is happening in the city of El Jadida and Sidi Bouzid.
