Hôtel Beach Club La Perle — Hotel in caïdat de Oulad Bouaziz-Chamalia

The person who said it's a party hotel is absolutely right. I had a great night out with a young friend last night and didn't get home till five in the morning. ||||During the week, the bar and cabaret don't really get going till about one o'clock at night. We went to another place first, then came here at about two. It was so good simply listening to the band, who were very competent, and watching the bright young things dancing. I think I was the oldest person there, but I didn't feel out of place at all. I had a wonderful time. I didn't show myself up by dancing, mind you!||||It's within Sidi Bouzid itself, so if staying there (or even at the hotel!) it's a cinch to get to and walk back from. Grands Taxis are needed from El Jadida and they are available outside the front door to take you back there from about 4am, at a price. ||||It's the end of the El Jadida holiday season, but the place was still packed on a Tuesday night....

Several issues. Pool supposed to open at 1000 but had to wait for 45 minutes for 'life guard' to finish his breakfast first! And then it closes at 600 pm. And most of the local families use it for a community pool.....well over 50 people in a average sized pool is a little overwhelming! The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff awesome, but front desk staff could use some training in hospitality and services! Poorly maintained rooms, doors don't close, light bulbs burned out etc. And if you get a room on the side of the 'nightclub' , be prepared to hear loud music till...

Je suis vraiment déçu par cet hôtel, et je me sens obligé de partager mon expérience afin d’éviter à d’autres de faire la même erreur. Lorsque nous avons réservé, il était clairement indiqué sur le site de l’hôtel qu’un lit bébé était disponible sur demande. Malheureusement, à notre arrivée, il n’y en avait pas. Nous avons donc demandé à la réception, où la réceptionniste nous a confirmé qu’un lit bébé était bien disponible, nous assurant qu’il serait installé dans la chambre. Après plusieurs heures d’attente, nous avons dû rappeler pour savoir où en était la demande, et là, surprise : la réceptionniste nous a dit qu’il n’y en avait tout simplement pas. Elle nous a menti, tout simplement.

Cela a complètement gâché notre séjour, car nous avions prévu de dormir avec notre bébé dans de bonnes conditions. Le manque de transparence et de professionnalisme de cet hôtel est inacceptable. En plus, pas de geste commercial, aucune excuse, rien. Nous avons perdu du temps et de l’énergie à essayer de résoudre ce problème qui aurait dû être simple.

Si vous avez des enfants et que vous recherchez un minimum de confort, je vous conseille de passer votre chemin. Nous ne reviendrons pas, et je déconseille...
