One of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling. The place was full of insects — we even found spiders inside our clothes! The rooms were not clean, and we couldn’t sleep due to painful bug bites. The hygiene conditions were unacceptable, especially for families. We were also misled about the meals. The booking clearly said “half board included,” but they still charged us for lunch without informing us in advance. On top of that, the staff — especially the billing manager — was rude and disrespectful. We left one night early because we couldn’t stay any longer. This place absolutely does not deserve the high rating it currently has.
