I’m honestly so disappointed with this place. Our first iftar here during Ramadan was great – the food quality was excellent, the quantity was generous, and even though the service was mediocre, we didn’t mind much. But when we decided to come back for another iftar, the experience was completely different. First, I found a fly in my juice. To their credit, they changed it, but the bigger issue was the drastic drop in portion sizes. Same price, but the food was way less. When we asked why, they told us the first time we came was just a “random generous day” as part of a strategy to encourage customers to come back every day in the hope of getting lucky with the generous formula. This is honestly a joke. We came back because we enjoyed the quality, quantity, and price ratio, but now we’ll never return. When we expressed our disappointment, they didn’t even seem to care and were totally indifferent about whether we were satisfied or not. Needless to say, 0/10....
