I am sure that the conditions under which the animals are kept do not abide by appropriate health and safety standards.

Too many birds cramped in super small cages, it smells, the noise is deafening and it is probably a breading ground for diseases. There were two lions in a cage (less than 2m wide). They couldn’t even take one step without hitting the other side of the wall. The tiger cage barely seems safe and there is no appropriate shade.

The big cats are kept under atrocious conditions!

Staff was limited, almost no one there to give directions, explanations or respond in cases of emergency.

The whole design of the place is unsafe. How it is in operation is my...

Although I’m not a fan of seeing animals in cages, it was a good experience to show some animals live. My child loved it, especially the monkeys. The place was under renovation at the time, so it was a bit confusing to get around. It would be nice if there were some guides at the entrance to show visitors around and share interesting facts about the animals. Each family was walking on their own, trying to figure out where the animals were, as it wasn’t always very clear (especially with the ongoing works). The lions and tigers looked very frustrated… Overall, it was a pleasant outing, but the organization could definitely...

Was disappointed with the service. There was only one person there and was refusing to give us a tour to see the giraffes and camels because he was alone. He was very rude. We did not get the full experience as seen on the photos, like holding the snake or the feeding session. There is two lions in a very small cage. The only positive side is getting to see the animals in the wild. Staff is very rude and make you feel very unwelcomed after such...

An exciting Giraffe feeding session greets the arrival guest in the parking lot along with two camels. The grounds are still under construction but the "highlight" of the show the tiger is worth the visit. There are beautifull bird species on display as well as a few lions. It is a pity though that the Lions and tiger are kept in such small cages. They need more space.

This place is a nice place to be, calming with a beautiful garden however the animals look as though they are underfed and the staff are swindlers just trying to charge you for every and anything. The restaurant food quality was terrible. Looks like the owners are just out to make a quick buck.
