I am sure that the conditions under which the animals are kept do not abide by appropriate health and safety standards.
Too many birds cramped in super small cages, it smells, the noise is deafening and it is probably a breading ground for diseases. There were two lions in a cage (less than 2m wide). They couldn’t even take one step without hitting the other side of the wall. The tiger cage barely seems safe and there is no appropriate shade.
The big cats are kept under atrocious conditions!
Staff was limited, almost no one there to give directions, explanations or respond in cases of emergency.

There is two lions in a very small cage. The only positive side is getting to see the animals in the wild. Staff is very rude and make you feel very unwelcomed after such...
