Y Mandalay Hotel — Attraction in Mandalay District

We rent the whole hotel rooms and ballroom for company’s annual party for 2nights. When arrived earlier on check in day, their welcome to us was very bad even started from security gate by saying to stay on the car until check in is available at 2pm. We requested to arrange 2-3rooms at least to have a rest together while waiting for all rooms available, but they didn’t arrange and even asked for early check in fees for some rooms. Also they didn’t provide us any space to have a rest until the check in. Reception staffs were very rude at conversation to the customers whenever we asked about when can get the room earliest. They don’t seem patient on us. The service is totally bad even when the manager is arrived, their manager face is not sweet and aggressive face, the conversation is not polite either even though she was saying like will arrange everything. Insist on keep saying like check in time is 2pm. There are some available rooms already by that time, they kept on saying like cleaning process is still not finished. The hotel seems big and nice but surprisingly their efficiency on working process is too delayed. No matter what hotel is a service industry and their offering services and altitude to the customers are very bad. Not recommend this...
