As it is located inside Shivapuri National Park it's a restricted area. But also lots of people use to visit this place Daily. It will be good if you buy tickets to enter inside National park. For ticket you have to go straight ahead towards shivapuri National park and than towards chiseni gumba. Way to waterfall is quite risky and slippery so you have to be careful. Read moreYou can take your vehicle till the ticket counter if you are going from Budhanilkantha side, it's not because you are not allowed to take but saw even the dirt bike slipped off. If you want to you can take your vehicles too. I would suggest weather before plannig to go, cause path may get too slippery too. It's a part of Shivapuri National Park, you have to pay Rs. 100 for entering there.
